Shipping and Delivery Times
The delivery period begins upon confirmation of payment by the financial institution or intermediate platform. After this confirmation, the order is prepared, packed, and shipped within an average of up to [X] business days.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Menorah Way is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address information provided at the time of purchase. In these cases:

If the order is returned to the store, the reshipment cost will be the customer's responsibility.

In case of cancellation, a refund will be issued only for the product(s) amount, with the shipping cost being deducted.
Regions with Delivery Restrictions
