We currently accept returns and exchanges for orders shipped to the United States, the United Kingdom, and Canada.

2. Return & Exchange Conditions

  • We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.

  • Exchanges are accepted when requested within the eligible time frame.

  • Items must be in new, unused condition, with original packaging, tags, and accessories.

  • The customer must contact our support team before shipping any item back.

Products returned without prior authorization may be refused and returned to the sender.

3. Return Window

Customers may request a return or exchange within 14 calendar days from the date the product is received.

4. Return Method & Costs

  • Returns are processed by mail.

  • Return shipping label: customer responsibility (except for defective products).

  • Restocking fees: none.

  • Refund processing time: up to 14 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

If the return is due to a manufacturing defect, Menorah Way will cover all shipping costs and either send a replacement or issue a full refund once the issue is confirmed.

5. Exchanges for Preference

If you wish to exchange an item due to personal preference (such as size, color, or model), we will review your request based on stock availability. This service is provided as a courtesy, as long as:

  • The request is made within 7 calendar days of receipt.

  • The product remains unused and in its original packaging.

  • The customer covers return shipping costs.
